Established in 1993, Abstract & Title Services of Carlton, Inc., has grown to be one of the respected title companies serving the real estate industry and the people of Carlton, Pine, St. Louis and Aitkin Counties in Minnesota.

Our services include abstracting, examinations for title insurance and insured closings, as well as title and criminal searches. We have the technology that our clients want and need to stay competitive in today's market.

The company is an S Corporation wholly owned by Kathy Stangle, a veteran of over 30 years of commercial and residential real estate work. Kathy is a licensed abstracter, licensed closer and licensed title insurance agent.

In 1998 the company opened a satellite office in Mcgregor, Minnesota, to serve the Aitkin County area. Our reputation in the Aitkin County area is second to none for accuracy, professionalism and friendliness. We insist that after we have completed our work, our customers are 100 percent satisfied and that they will not have problems with the marketability of their real estate.

We now employ a full time staff of 11 people. Our plans for our new building will allow us to expand not only our current services, but our personnel as well.
